1. Introduction

This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Equip Coaching Affiliate Program. By applying to become an affiliate, you agree to abide by these policies.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
2.2 Affiliates must have a valid website, blog, or social media presence relevant to coaching, personal development, or related fields.
2.3 Equip Coaching reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Affiliates earn a 30% commission on each successful sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
3.2 Commissions are calculated on the net sale price, excluding taxes and shipping.
3.3 A tiered bonus structure is available for high-performing affiliates.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payments are made monthly for commissions earned in the previous month.
4.2 A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies.
4.3 Affiliates can choose between bank transfer or PayPal for receiving payments.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

5.1 Affiliates must use approved marketing materials and accurately represent Equip Coaching products.
5.2 Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spam, misleading advertising, or any illegal activities.
5.3 Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Equip Coaching in accordance with FTC guidelines.

6. Tracking and Reporting

6.1 Affiliates will have access to a dashboard for real-time tracking of clicks, conversions, and earnings.
6.2 A 30-day cookie duration applies to all affiliate links.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days’ written notice.
7.2 Equip Coaching reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for policy violations immediately.

8. Modifications

8.1 Equip Coaching may modify this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

9. Support

9.1 Affiliates have access to dedicated support and resources to maximize their success.
