Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Equip Coaching. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with our services. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Coaching Services:
1. Individual Coaching Sessions: Refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

2. Package Deals (Multiple Sessions): Refunds are available for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase. A prorated refund will be issued based on the number of sessions used.

Courses and Workshops:
1. Live Events: Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 7 days before the event. A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Online Courses: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund eligibility for services and products not explicitly mentioned above will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
